This workshop is for mums-to-be and their birth partner. It offers antenatal information to help you understand the birthing process and a guided practice that includes yoga exercises to support you through every stage of labour, birthing positions for a more comfortable labour, and breathing, visualisation & massage techniques to help you relax. This is an informative and practical session to help you have a positive birth experience, where your partner will be given a role to support you through the amazing journey of giving birth to your baby.
For private sessions the workshop will be adapted to your own needs. For group sessions there will be time for relaxation and questions at the end of the practice. Contact me for more details and bookings.
